Abstract

Considering the essential role of hospitals in the treatment and care of patients in the Covid-19 epidemic and considering the importance of Anteroom and Isolation room which are important parts of hospitals. In this study, first the standard criteria have been classified by experts using the Delphi method, of which 15 criteria have been considered for evaluating the isolated room and 10 criteria for evaluating the Anteroom. By determining the standard quantitative-qualitative criteria and evaluating the options as separately evaluated by experts, isolated rooms and pre-rooms of hospitals infected with the corona virus. To prioritize the options, the Fuzzy SWARA-PROMETHEE method has been used and the effect of the criteria in determining the priority of the options has been investigated. Finally, considering the amount of net flow and the performance score obtained by each hospital, their overall performance in each case was evaluated and the final priority of hospitals A, B, C and D was determined to be the best performance of hospital B and Hospital C had the worst performance, performing poorly on 11 of the 25 criteria considered by experts to evaluate the isolation room and anterooms, and most of these criteria were important criteria of the study.
