Abstract
This book chapter reviewed the three drivers of quality management (the massification, global cooperation, and internal and regional cooperation) in Vietnam higher education; the two major achievements in accreditation include a fully developed infrastructure to conduct accreditation nationwide and the use of Plan-Do-Check-Act model to improve the student learning. Researcher suggested some opportunities include building a culture of assessment, considering quality as transformation, clarifying the independence of center for educational accreditation, and conducting longitude and empirical study about accreditation processes across institutions to improve Vietnam higher education accreditation.
