Résumé

La camptocormie cervicale (CCC), ou dropped head syndrome, est une déformation caractérisée par une flexion antérieure de la tête sur le tronc qui disparaît en position allongée ou lors de l’assistance active de l’extension de la tête par les membres supérieurs. Cormos veut dire en grec tronc et ptosis chute passive. Ce syndrome est au croisement de plusieurs affections neurologiques, orthopédiques et rhumatologiques.
