Mucopolysaccharidosis IV (Morquio Syndrome)

Abstract

In 1929, Morquio and 1929, Brailsford independently described cases of what is now believed to be Morquio syndrome. The exact incidence is unknown but is estimated to be 1 in 75,000 to 1 in 200,000.
