Abstract

Scrum of Scrums is a technique that enables the effective synchronization among interrelated teams. Each team designates a representative, often the scrum master, to participate in the scrum of scrums events, and to ensure that the teams are coordinated and synchronized. The scrum of scrums encourages a daily meeting where the representatives communicate and collaborate about issues, risks, and status across teams.
