Abstract
Phase resolved harmonic mixing at microwave frequencies with niobium triselenide at 25 K reveal the existence of photon assisted tunneling of charge density waves as predicted by Bardeen. A theory of small-band noise is presented which is based on the negative differential dielectric constant.
