Abstract

The IMP dehydrogenase (IMPDH) inhibitor mycophenolic acid (MPA), at concentrations ranging from 5 to 50 nM, induces differentiation in various human neuroblastoma cell lines.1 Purpose of the present study was to investigate guanylate synthesis and cyclic nucleotides metabolism during mycophenolic acid-induced differentiation in the human neuroblastoma cell line LA-N-5.
