Abstract
I am very happy to be here this morning for a couple of reasons. One is that I am pretty confident that I am speaking to a group that knows that New Mexico is one of the 50 states. Our state tourism department continues to get hundreds of calls from potential visitors inquiring whether you need a passport or if you can drink the water or what the local exchange rate is.
