A quality or feature of an object or an environment that allows an individual to perform an action (e.g., a doorknob affords opening, a computer mouse affords selecting)
- E-government:

Electronic government; also referred to as digital government, Internet and web-based provision of government services, and interactions between government and citizens, businesses, and other governmental agencies; e-government also encompasses citizen-to-citizen interactions related to politics and civic life
- Social affordance:

A quality or feature that allows multiple individuals to interact with each other (e.g., bulletin board, online communication system, tagging, rating)
