Abstract
Now most popular old-fashioned domestic CNC system have no network functions or have only network file transfer and preservation and other simple functions, and most are based on DOS- platform, so the interface is not friendly enough to handle. In this paper, explore the remote monitoring of network technology for these problems. Applied Ethernet technology to the network remote monitoring of open CNC system, constructe network monitoring platform based on server/client; employ windows socket network programming MFC-based and VC++ 6.0 language, designed a remote network monitoring system server and client side applications of open CNC system.
