Abstract

This paper mainly adopts a questionnaire method and carries on statistics analysis to the teacher present salary in Hebei high school and the satisfaction, by studying each factor of salary’s influence degree and put forward corresponding improvement measure and suggestion. In order to obtain the first-hand material, this research is adopted interview survey and questionnaire to 160 teachers to carry on sampling to two universities in Hebei. It makes diagnosis to present encouraging condition in the university of Hebei and analyses the need structure of the teacher of the university, and influence of work satisfaction. Then according to incentive theory, the study carries on a homologous countermeasure research to the problem of teacher salary incentive system in Hebei high school.
