Abstract

Studies show that there is a general contradiction in education: Although many teachers participate in training courses, the results were disappointing when students complete their undergraduate education. Analyzing from the need to resolve this contradiction and predicting the social demand for qualified personnel can provide the latest teaching strategies and methods to improve teachers’ interest and education responsibilities in education courses training. At the same time, a social demand model is established to analyze of the demand characteristics of social talents; education curriculum is innovated based on social needs and program goal is set to provide favorable reference for the improvement of education and teaching reform.
