Abstract
Interferometric observations of molecular clouds in M31 and M33 are presented. We detected clouds with properties : brightness, line width, size, mass and association with massive star forming regions, similar to those of galactic giant molecular clouds. The application of the virial theorem indicates that the NH2/WCO ratio in M31 and M33 is comparable to the Galactic value.
