Samenvatting

Net als overal in de zorg sterven er in de VG-sector cliënten, vaak na een jarenlang verblijf in een instelling. Om te zorgen dat hun laatste levensfase goed verloopt heeft Esdégé-Reigersdaal, een zorgorganisatie in Noord-Holland voor mensen met verstandelijke beperkingen en niet-aangeboren hersenletsel, twee consulenten palliatieve zorg aangesteld: Marja Oud en Mieke Kuipers.
