Beschreibung einer Präparationstechnik, durch die von einzelnen mit einem kurzen Glasoder Metallzylinder von der Umgebung abgegrenzten Plaques mit zwei Tropfen Suspensionsmedium genügend Bakteriophagen für eine Untersuchung im Negativkontrastverfahren gewonnen werden.
