This is a protocol for a Cochrane Review (Intervention). The objectives are as follows:

To assess the effectiveness of anti‐adhesion therapy versus placebo, no therapy or an alternative anti‐adhesion therapy following operative hysteroscopy for the treatment of female subfertility.
