Reason for withdrawal from publication

This review has been withdrawn as the Diagnostic Test Accuracy (DTA) editorial team deem that it does not fit the DTA paradigm, and therefore is not suitable for publication in the Cochrane Library. The main reason for this is that their is currently no clear diagnostic gold standard to compare the reviewed diagnostic tests to, making it impossible to assess sensitivity and specificity of measures.
