RF photonic transmission beyond 100 Gbit/s

Abstract

Successful operation of wireless communications above 100 Gbit/s requires sub-THz carrier frequencies, usage of novel modulation techniques and novel photonic-electronic device technologies. Our recent 100 Gbit/s wireless link is reviewed and techniques are discussed.
